Demolished and Replaced the existing Piping and Ductwork

USDA ARS

USDA SEPRL Front Entrance Project

Project Highlights

Valuation: $3,200,000.00
Built new front entrance building – New footings, concrete slab, structural steel, trusses and new standing seam metal roof
Installed new sewer, water and CONTECH storm drainage units
Installed new electrical and controls to the facility
Hauled over 18,000 tons of dirt to bring the site to grade
Paved the new roadway


NAVFAC – MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT
Replace AHU and Floor at Bldg 79

Project Highlights

Valuation: $85,509.22
Bid Build Construction
Demolished and Installed the (2) existing AHU’s, Outdoor Units and Piping
Replaced rotted subfloor and sister the floor joists as necessary
Replaced VCT and Carpet tile in areas were the subfloor was replaced
Cut, patched and painted water damaged drywall
Worked nights and weekends to accommodate the graduations that were hosted at Traditions Restaurant

HVAC Replacement & Renovation

Project Highlights

Valuation: $3,676,461.13
Renovated the Mechanical Equipment & Ductwork, Electrical, Controls and Ceilings on the campus
Installed (4) AHU’s, Chiller and a Boiler
Phased construction starting on the Second Floor and completing on the First Floor.
Asbestos Abatement – Pipe, Roof Flashing, Floor Tile
Saw Cutting Existing Walls / Concrete Deck for new Equipment / Ductwork


CDC

Bldg 16 Deck Coating Project

Project Highlights

Valuation: $407,451.39
Design Build Construction
Demolished the existing coating, Shot blasted the existing concrete deck and Installed (3) part deck coating system
Removed all the wheel stops at all 4 levels and attached the wheel stops to the parking deck at all levels using epoxy
Added line striping to the parking deck at all 4 levels
Installed new expansion joints and covers
Installed a new concrete elevator ramp
NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC FEAD
Anodizing Plant Renovation

Project Highlights

Valuation: $1,459,801.57
Demolished the existing anodizing line tank assembly, ventilation ductwork, roof mounted cooling towers, roof mounted air scrubbers, supply water, electrical and bridge crane
Installed new tanks, ventilation duct work, roof mounted cooling towers, roof mounted air scrubber supply water, electrical and (2) new bridge cranes for both the anodizing and the phosphate line
